Research Notes: Memory injection via constructive interference between subject waveform and target memory waveform derived from donor cognition wave generated via simulated reality.
Modification request from Hornet's/Nest for a third-iteration Epsilon model. Memory injection successful during cognitive waveform remapping and imprinting. Telemetry indicates unstable cognition due to rejection of injected memories.
Archived status, FC-01-05e-3: Constructive waveform interference indicates that the subject waveform will assimilate the memory and "self-adjust" to ensure that any injected memories are assimilated into the existing matrix. No need for bespoke sim-reality, since we can just generate a library and let the cognitive waveform do the rest. - Project Technician Sica
Addendum 05e-3.1: Subject has experienced sudden and rapid cognitive decline. Analysis of cognitive waveforms indicates internally sustained proliferation of chaotic elements, most likely due to a destabilization of standing-wave properties due to a 0.2 pHz misalignment in portions of the injected memory.
"No more attempts at memory injection unless we want to destroy perfectly good test subjects. Anyone with a proper background in cognitive standing wave theory could've told you this was a bad idea, even if the waveforms had been properly aligned. Sica has been transferred to a division that is... less likely to waste company resources." - Project Director Caliburn
