Research Notes: Physical enhancement line, 3rd Arm prototype HOX modifications, altering T4 vertebra into an additional limb.

Subject's cognitive patterns refused to accept the additional limb and subject's mind was unable to process the grafted limb as "self." Subject attempted removal of the HOX-modified limb using a kitchen cleaver and expired due to exsanguination after severing the third brachial artery.
