Personnel Notes: We poached Mponponsuo from a lab on Simia, where she had been a project lead developing stimulants to compete with 9LL's ubiquitous house brand. Her progress in that area was very promising, and her unique grasp on psychotek has been instrumental in helping us accurately measure the subjects responses to the treatments.

We chose to put her in the Refinement and Iteration Group instead of Monitoring and Assessment Group due to some unpleasant friction with Profile-Wootz.
